Designing quilt patterns was not something I ever thought of doing. That is until I went to a quilt meeting & saw a half finished Celtic Design quilt another quilter was making. I had never seen such a beautiful quilt! When I realized there was a very limited supply of celtic patterns I decided to try to draw some up myself for my own quilt. And as they say the rest is history.

I have enjoyed creating celtic designs ever since. None of my other patterns have been planned, they were just something I thought would be fun to do. So I am still having fun. Each pattern I do I think to myself; this will probably be my last pattern & then I get an idea & off to the drawing board I go. I have a feeling it’s always going to be a part of my quilting life from now on.
